Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.merchbay.in and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

MerchBay is operated by Merchbay Ventures, G/F Mahavir Complex, Navrang Cinema Road, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390001 (GSTIN: 24ACHFM6629E1Z8).

Products and Customisation

  • All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Details are confirmed via a digital mockup before production.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the logo files and artwork you provide are accurate and that you have the legal right to use them.
  • Minor colour variations between the digital mockup and the finished product may occur due to printing processes. These do not constitute defects.
  • MerchBay reserves the right to decline orders containing unlawful or infringing content.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5 pieces per product.

Mockup Approval

A digital mockup will be sent within 48 hours of order confirmation. Production begins only after your written approval. By approving the mockup, you confirm all details are correct.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. MerchBay does not store card details.

Intellectual Property

By uploading logos or artwork, you confirm you own or have the rights to use these materials. MerchBay assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability

MerchBay's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
