Shipping Policy

MerchBay ships custom branded merchandise pan-India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery and BlueDart.

Order Timeline

• Mockup delivery: Within 48 hours of order confirmation
• Production: 7–10 working days after your mockup approval
• Shipping & delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Plan for approximately 2 weeks from order to delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above the qualifying minimum order value. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India. Remote or restricted pin codes may require additional time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delays

The production clock starts only after mockup approval. Delays due to late approval, high-demand periods, or courier issues will be communicated proactively.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. MerchBay is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
