Refund & Cancellation Policy
All products sold on MerchBay are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns on Customised Goods
Because every order is produced specifically for you — with your logo, colours, sizes, and branding — we do not accept returns or exchanges on customised merchandise once production has begun.
We strongly recommend reviewing your digital mockup carefully before approving it for production. Nothing is printed or manufactured without your explicit approval.
Defects and Damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost. To claim a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@merchbay.in or WhatsApp +91 95863 65656
- Share clear photographs of the defect or damage
- Our team will assess the claim and arrange a replacement within 3 working days
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Order Cancellations
- Before mockup approval: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before approving the digital mockup.
- After mockup approval: Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
If We Cannot Fulfil Your Order
In the rare event that MerchBay is unable to fulfil your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
