We don't currently offer physical samples before a first order. However, you receive a detailed digital mockup showing exact logo placement, colour and size before production begins — and you can request changes at no extra cost. Nothing is printed without your written approval.

If the delivered product does not match what you approved in writing — placement, colour, or print quality — we reprint at our cost. This covers manufacturing errors, not design decisions you made at the mockup stage. We have not had to invoke this policy for any order where the mockup was approved.
