Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI app)
• Net banking
• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for bulk orders
• Purchase Orders (PO) for approved corporate accounts — contact us to set up

2. Payment Terms

• Standard orders: 100% advance payment before production begins.
• Bulk corporate orders (above ₹50,000): 50% advance at order confirmation, 50% before dispatch. Contact us for details.
• Repeat corporate accounts: Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms available on request after 3 successfully completed orders.

3. GST Invoice

A proper GST invoice is issued for every order from Kushal Uniforms & Gifting Solutions. The invoice is shared via email within 24 hours of order dispatch.

4. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. MerchBay does not store any card or banking credentials.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails or is declined, your order is not confirmed. Please retry payment or contact us on WhatsApp if the amount has been debited but the order is not confirmed — we will reconcile within 1 working day.
