1. Where We Ship
We deliver across India via reputed courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Production + Delivery Timeline

During peak seasons (October–January), allow an additional 3–5 working days. For urgent orders, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm feasibility.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location, and are shown at checkout.
- Bulk orders above a threshold value may qualify for free shipping — this is confirmed in the order summary.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
5. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
For corporate gifting orders requiring delivery to multiple addresses, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering. A small additional charge may apply per delivery location.
6. Delivery Failures
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if the package is unattended after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@merchbay.in.
