By placing an order on MerchBay.in, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders and Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment or written purchase order from approved business accounts.
• Custom products are made to order — once a digital mockup is approved and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
• MerchBay reserves the right to decline any order that violates legal, ethical, or design standards.

2. Pricing and GST

• All prices displayed on the website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in the order summary based on quantity, product, and customisation requirements.
• GST at applicable rates is charged additionally on all orders. A proper GST invoice is issued for every order.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders are not affected by price changes.

3. Artwork and Logo Submission

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all logos, artwork, and text submitted for printing.
• MerchBay is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from artwork submitted by the customer.
• We recommend submitting vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) or high-resolution PNG with transparent background.

4. Mockup Approval

• A digital placement mockup is sent before production for all orders. Production begins only after written approval from the customer (email or WhatsApp confirmation).
• Once a mockup is approved, any changes to design, placement, or product specifications may require additional charges.
• MerchBay is not responsible for errors in colour, size, or placement that were present in the approved mockup.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Each product has a minimum order quantity as stated on the product page. Orders below MOQ cannot be accepted.

6. Production and Delivery

• Standard production time is 5–7 working days from mockup approval. Delivery takes an additional 2–3 working days pan-India.
• MerchBay is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on MerchBay.in is the property of Kushal Uniforms & Gifting Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
