Our Commitment

Nothing prints without your approval. Every order goes through a digital mockup stage before production — this is your opportunity to review placement, colour, and design. We take quality seriously and stand behind every order we produce.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before mockup approval: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund.
• After mockup approval but before production begins: Cancellations are accepted with a 10% processing fee.
• After production has begun: Orders cannot be cancelled. Custom products made to your specification cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund in full if:

• The product received differs materially from the approved mockup
• There is a printing defect, manufacturing fault, or quality issue
• The wrong product, size, or quantity is delivered

To raise a quality claim, email us at hello@merchbay.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

3. No Refunds For

• Errors in artwork, text, or design that were present in and approved via the mockup
• Colour variation within acceptable printing tolerances
• Change of mind after mockup approval
• Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping addresses provided

4. Replacement vs Refund

In most quality cases, we offer a replacement order at no cost. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–10 working days of the claim being approved.
