About the Event Merch Kit

The MerchBay Event Merch Kit helps companies order branded merchandise for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, team offsites, product launches, and company townhalls. Build a kit with custom T-shirts, printed jute bags, UV DTF stickers, bottles, magnetic badges, pens, and compact giveaways using the same company logo.

This page is for event, marketing, admin, and founder office teams that need coordinated event merchandise without chasing multiple vendors. Upload your logo once, select products and quantities, approve a digital mockup, and plan delivery before the event date.

Order at least 2 weeks before your event. Minimum order starts from 5 pieces per product. T-shirt sizes can be mixed across the batch, and each product is priced independently using Shopify product-level quantity pricing.

MerchBay is operated by Merchbay Ventures, Vadodara, Gujarat, with production support from Kushal Uniforms, serving Indian businesses since 1977. GST invoice is available on every order, with pan-India delivery after mockup approval.
