For raster files (PNG), we need at least 300dpi at the final print size. A logo that looks sharp on screen may be only 72dpi and will print blurry. If you're unsure, send us your file and we'll assess it before production starts.

CMYK is preferred for print — it matches what the printer produces. RGB is accepted and we'll convert to CMYK before printing; colours may shift slightly during conversion (especially neons and saturated blues). If colour accuracy is critical, send a CMYK file or specify Pantone codes.

Every order includes free basic artwork assistance. This covers: cleaning up a logo with a white background, converting simple PNG logos to vector format (for clean shapes), adjusting logo size for the print area, and advising on placement.

It does not include: recreating a logo from scratch, designing a new logo, creating artwork that doesn't yet exist, or major design changes.

If your artwork needs adjustment, we'll reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order. Providing a revised file quickly keeps your timeline on track. Every day of artwork delay pushes the mockup and production timeline by one day. Most artwork issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

T-shirts (chest logo): 8–10cm wide — logo should be clean at this size.
Magnetic badges: Logo area is 5–7cm — fine detail may not print clearly at this size.
UV DTF stickers: Minimum 2×2cm — fine lines under 0.5mm may not be visible.
Bottles/Mugs: Print area typically 6×8cm — complex logos may need simplification.
